Yummy Japan : MICHELIN STARRED RAMEN in Japan

Tsuta is one of Tokyo’s most revered ramen shops. After gaining much acclaim locally for their shoyu and shio soups, they were awarded a Michelin Star, the first ramen shop in the world to do so.
Their popularity means that there is a special ticketing system in place. Come in the morning, get a ticket, and return during your ticket’s time. Despite having to jump through these hoops, Tsuta is worth it.
