Spinach and Paneer Soup is really quick to make and provides a whole lot of nutrients. Spinach is rich in folic acid, iron and fibre and paneer in protein, calcium and energy. I have kept the flavours simple, keeping in mind your delicate palate during the first trimester, but if you can handle mild flavours, add a little garlic (approximately 1 to 2 cloves) or about ¼ teaspoon of mixed dried herbs to “pep” up this soup.
